We don’t call ourselves a Real Estate Agency. That’s because we do not actually work in that way.
We work as Investment Managers who take care of the entire purchasing process on behalf of the investor or vacation home buyer. We are hired by our clients and work for them. We take care of the property even after it is purchased. Make sure to check OUR SERVICE page.

There are no prior costs. The only cost of hiring us at your side by leveraging our time, knowledge, network, and all our resources is 1% of the investment value agreed on (after the property purchase).

Our service consists of taking care of the entire Purchasing Process from A to Z, or put it different, from the idea to the Certificate of Ownership on your hands. (See Our Service list).

Yes, we have our own network of architects and groups of workers who deal with the entire property furnishment, from design to delivering the keys on your hand. This comes to an extra cost based on the property and the specific requests.

There are no investing costs for you. There are only nottary costs that would be approx. 0.5% of the total value of the property.

Yes, that’s possible. The Property Management comes right after the deal takes place. Then we create a proper plan for optimizing the property, taking in consideration your specific requests as an investor, perhaps for a few vacation days per year. Property Management costs depend on the case. But, worry not. We will facilitate this process.

That’s part of the entire purchasing process. We will assist you with the bank in Albania, helping you to set up an account, fund transfer, or even requesting a bank loan.
The latter has some criteria that must be completed before applying for a loan financing the property.

We take care of our clients’ properties that are still under construction. So, for any change in the property you would like to do, we will let you know and make that happen for you!
