With 80,000 sqm, 4 underground parking floors, 6 dedicated to offices and 18 well-managed for residential purposes, this tower is one of the most unique concepts in the New Boulevard of the city, actually soon to become the New Tirana. This project shows the vision and potential for a modernized and innovative city.
